Where this is going
The ambition is the world. The medium term is New Zealand: a sovereign New Zealand, full of sovereign people and sovereign entities. The short term is everything that leads up to the national scale.
The rings
The idea is simple. An organism is its ecosystem, so the work starts with the inner world and the immediate environment and grows outward from there, one ring at a time. Get your house in order before changing the world.
The inner world comes first, and what it asks for is the true nurturing of the evolution of the soul and the body and the mind. In practice that is a person holding their own inner authority, with the rules they were handed seen clearly and rewritten by their own hand, their own knowledge in a second brain on their own machine, and their own AI team working beside them.
Then the immediate environment, which means building relationships and helping the family and the friend circles a person stands in. A household runs on a box of its own, paid for once and backed up by the households around it. Under it all is a ground: land that feeds, a tribe, and the elder's seat at the cooking fire among the builders.
Then the larger communities and the region. Groups get tools they own to list, gather, vouch and govern, which is what The Wheel is, starting in Auckland. Businesses get their own AI as the backbone they build on.
And a travelling festival goes to places in need of reviving and builds them up with the tribe, in communion with the local culture. There is a big question people bring up in the festival scene: so many great souls come together to make something, yet we leave the land largely untouched. These are festivals that leave the place better than they found it, by design, supporting the local communities and the other ecologies around them.
Then the nation, and then the world. Every system I build sustains the wellbeing of the rings that come before the larger organism, so growth outward keeps the inner rings fed.
Why now
My read of the next five to ten years: AI multiplies the work. There will be so much to do that the people who can direct AI will be in high demand, and most leaders in the field I give weight to describe a coming shortage of exactly those people. So every ring raises operators, starting with the person in the inner one.
How it spreads
It spreads from proof that walks around. I run the pattern in my own rings first, and this site is part of that evidence. Then the doors: the workshop, the Bottle and the box, each one leaving a person or a group able to run their own. If I can do it, a passionate person in any field can outdo me, and that is what I want to see. Success is counted in what passes on: a client who can leave and keeps running.
Radix means the root. I run my name's meaning to the maximum, in New Zealand first.
